Year 5 enjoyed making Brazilian carrot cakes for their MasterChef lesson. They linked their cooking to their class country Brazil. We measured out our ingredients, stirred, grated and chopped the ingredients before cooking them in the oven. They tasted delicious! @MasterChefUK
Yesterday, our staff took part in Number Sense Maths training at Beech Hill school. The training is to improve our pupil's times tables fluency through daily rehearsal and retrieval.
What a fantastic DF MasterChef afternoon with year 4 making Kenyan Yoghurt Cake 🍰. They showed off their mixing and baking skills. We created two cakes to cater for all the children in the class, one with yoghurt and one with lacto-free yoghurt @MasterChefUK
